Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype Launching on PS Vita March 17

We are excited to announce that Söldner-X2: Final Prototype is launching on PlayStation Vita this month. The game will be available in North America on March 17th and in Europe/Australia on March 18th. Söldner-X2: Final Prototype supports a new trophy set, new high score tables, and Cross-Buy functionality (PS3 / PS Vita).

Söldner-X 2 Coming to PS Vita This Winter

We are excited to announce that we are bringing Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype to PS Vita this winter.



Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype runs on a custom-built engine giving us excellent control over the PS Vita hardware. As a result, we are aiming for a console perfect port, running at 60 frames per second with little to no load times. To make high score and Trophy hunting more exciting, the PS Vita version features separate high score tables and a new Trophy set.

All the cool features of the original game are still there, including up to 10 exciting stages, a dynamic score-linked difficulty system, three different player ships with more than 10 unique weapons, and special limit attacks, challenge mode, online high score ranking & replay playback and lots more.

Söldner-X 2 also supports cross buy. That means if you already own the game on PS3, you will be able to download the PS Vita version free of charge and vice versa. So don't forget to look out for Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype on the PlayStation Store this winter!

Söldner-X OSTs now on the PS Store

Two Söldner-X soundtrack compilations are now available as digital downloads on the PlayStation®Store.

For the first time, all nine tracks from 'The Last Chapter' expansion pack, bundled together with 30 tracks from the main game, are now available as Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype Complete Soundtrack at a low price of just US$4.99 in North America and €4.99/£3.99 in Europe.

Also available at the same time is a digital release of the classic Söldner-X: Himmelsstürmer Complete Soundtrack, which contains 25 tracks at a price of just US$3.99 in North America and €3.99/£3.19 in Europe.

Both soundtracks have a combined running time of over 160 minutes and are 100% DRM free. All tracks are composed, arranged and produced by Rafael Dyll and mastered at the Popmusic.dk studio in Copenhagen.

Söldner-X PS+ Full Game Trial (Asia)

Söldner-X: Himmelsstürmer is now available as 30 minutes Full Game Trial for all PlayStation®Plus subscribers in Asia. The promotion lasts for four weeks from April 20, 2011 until May 17, 2011.

And starting from May 18th, 2011 onwards, the Full Game Trial promotion will be extended to Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype.
